From the very start of my apprenticeship over 30 years ago, it was obvious electrical installation is a trade to be only carried out by fully qualified, competent experienced individuals.

 

I worked for and then ran a ECA registered electrical contractor firm for over 16 years, and in 1996 went out on my own and from the very start my customers were going to receive the best service that I could provide.

 

Having vast experience in the domestic environment and dealing with customer’s individual requirements is personal and very important. From a simple light fitting change to a complete house rewire or new installation, they must feel at ease.

 

Also having the same experience in commercial works demand the same level of service, whether it's a family-run business or a national company, it is important to show the same standard of professionalism and that they can contact you for advice or to resolve a problem.

 

Adapting properties and care homes to suit the needs of people living with disabilities or with care needs requires specialist knowledge and a duty of care which my company has finessed over the last 23 years.
